What to include

It helps us a great deal if you can tell us:

• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• The version of Nomentra you are running
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• If it concerns a particular day or country, which one

Please do not send screenshots containing anything you would rather keep private. We do not need your travel history to help you.

A day looks wrong

Nomentra reconstructs your history from the evidence available on your phone, and it shows you when it is uncertain. If a day is wrong, you can correct it in the app — your correction is kept alongside the original evidence, and the original is never destroyed.

If corrections are not sticking, or a whole stretch of time looks wrong, tell us and we will look into it.

Privacy

Nomentra keeps your travel history on your device and does not send it to us. Full detail is on the privacy policy page.
